Since 1960, every milestone has become part of the Vassilakis family’s story.
Theodoros Vassilakis begins his entrepreneurial journey by opening a small shop in Saroko, Corfu, specialising in nuts and traditional local products.
He obtains his distillery licence, establishes the first Kumquat Liqueur production workshop, and opens a store in Athens, making Vassilakis products available throughout Greece.
The distillery and winery production facility in Agios Ioannis, Corfu, is completed, laying the foundations for the company's future growth.
The Vassilakis family expands to Kefalonia with the creation of vineyards and a winery, enriching its portfolio with exceptional Greek wine varieties.
A new showroom opens in Achilleio, creating a welcoming space where visitors can discover, experience and taste the authentic products of the Vassilakis family
Vassilakis products reach beyond the shores of Corfu as the company's first exports begin their journey to European markets.
